Liliana Holland is only 10 years old, but she has already shown incredible strength and love beyond her years. Diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, her childhood has been filled with hospital visits, chemotherapy, and surgeries. Despite all the challenges, Liliana faces each day with courage that lights up the room, always accompanied by her faithful best friend, Snowflake the bunny.

Snowflake brings Liliana comfort during the hardest moments, never leaving her side. Even while fighting her own battle, Liliana thinks of others. She has donated over 100 teddy bears to foster children and is now preparing to give more to kids fighting cancer. Her kindness and bravery show that her heart is as strong as her spirit.

Although Liliana is still going through the maintenance stage of treatment—with daily medications, monthly visits, and tough procedures—she continues to enjoy painting, laughing, and dreaming about the future. Her determination reminds everyone around her of the power of hope and positivity.
